The conscious youth expression purpose and function is to prevent drug,
alcohol and tobacco use in Hawaii's youth.
By implementing programs focused on various art and music media,
we facilitate self expression,
and encourage self esteem and social tolerance,
while presenting them in a safe and supportive enviroment.
